As a result, when Home Star Storage, a provider of self-storage for households and businesses, was looking for a partner to help with their plan to build new locations in Cincinnati, OH and Orlando, FL, they reached out to us.

Arts + Crafts Holdings is an up-and-coming developer that focuses on bringing creative, modern, mixed-use projects into fruition in historic buildings (100+ years old) at the northern edge of Center City Philadelphia. Arts + Crafts was simultaneously developing many buildings in the area – including one for Love City Brewing – and needed the expertise of The FGX Group to manage all aspects of the project so they could focus on their growing real estate business.

Extra Space Storage planned to build a new facility in Roxborough, adjacent to Manayunk. The project faced known and unknown challenges due to the development site, the timeline, the weather, and more.

The FGX Group served as Owner’s Representative for the project, from preconstruction through completion, to mitigate any issues and ensure successful execution.

A client due to several logistical concerns was forced to move approximately 100 employees into a 16,000sf space within a limited timeframe. After formal project approval, The FGX Group, LLC was tasked with ensuring the space would be ready for the client in three (3) months. That is, the ENTIRE project needed to be completed in three (3) months which included full design, construction, commissioning, and move-in.

Temple University Hospital came to The FGX Group looking for a full-service construction project manager for major renovations in their Cancer Center’s nuclear medicine suite, catheterization laboratory, clinical lab, and outpatient pharmacy.

The scope of the projects ranged from a remodel to a complete overhaul of a laboratory, replacing decades-old equipment with up-to-date models. And, while the work was extensive, Temple University Hospital needed them to be completed while maintaining a fully-operational Cancer Center.

Wish.com approached The FGX Group looking for expertise in commercial design and construction to help them carry out four major office expansion projects. With little expertise in commercial construction and virtually no time to spare due to the company’s rapid expansion, they needed someone to manage the process properly.
